POT DECORATION COMPETITION

A Pot Decoration Competition is a creative event where participants showcase their artistic skills by decorating pots or plant containers.

The “Pot Decoration Competition” promises to be an exhilarating event for college students and participants from various schools and colleges. Below, you’ll find a succinct overview of the essential details and guidelines for the competition:

Eligibility:

  • Open to college students.

Theme:

  • Participants have the creative freedom to choose their own theme for pot decoration.

Team Size:

  • Solely individual participation is permitted, with a maximum of one candidate per entry.

Registration:

  • Participants should register on or before 10th Feb 2024.
  • A valid college or school I-Card is mandatory for participation and must be carried during the event for verification.

Materials:

  • Students can utilize colored powders, flower petals, rice, or any other traditional or eco-friendly materials for pot decoration.
  • Students are responsible for procuring their own materials and pots for the competition.

Time Limit:

  • The Pot Decoration competition has a set time limit of 2 hours.

Judging Criteria:

  • Evaluation will be based on the following criteria:
    • Creativity and originality.
    • Use of colours and materials.
    • Overall aesthetics and visual impact.
    • Attention to detail and intricacy.
    • Neatness and cleanliness.

Display Area:

  • The work of participating students will be exhibited at the JIDA and Jagran College Campus.

Clean-Up:

  • Participants are expected to clean their designated areas after completing their work.
  • Bins will be provided for waste disposal, and maintaining cleanliness is strongly emphasized.
